May Pack Picnic!

Our May Pack Picnic is on Friday!

Let’s welcome new families and advance some scouts.

Our pack picnic is this Fri., May 15 with the gathering activity taking place between5:00 and 5:30 at Hawthorn Glen Picnic Area #1. There will be recognition for scouts and leaders as well as food and games. The pack will provide grilled meat, buns and beverages.

We’ll welcome the new and recognize the old by crossing our scouts over at the meeting into their next ranks. We’ll also play some games. And eat some food.

Be sure to visit the scout store (on 84th St.) for a neckerchief, slider and book for your scouts upcoming rank.

In addition to a neckerchief and slider, here’s what else you should bring (depending on what your last name begins with):

  • A-G: bring a dessert
  • H-P: bring a salad or a side dish
  • R-Z: bring an appetizer, chips, etc.

It’s also a great pack meeting to bring potential new scouts to the pack with you. So bring a friend and something to eat and get ready for some fun games and recognition!

We need some help at Friday’s meeting. If you can help with the following, let Dave Blanchard know:

  • Grills
  • Grillers
