If there’s one weather-based statement we can say with 99% certainty it’s this: it’s highly unlikely that it will snow during spring cabin camping if you have it suspiciously close to summer. And that’s precisely what we’re doing! Cub scouts – with a parent – are invited to join the pack for spring cabin camping at Indian Mound Reservation in Oconomowoc, Wis. from Fri., May 30 through Sun., June 2. We have the sweetest digs on property, the Fund Lodge, reserved for our pack.
The fun-filled weekend will include hiking, exploring, campfires, eating and a whole lot more. Plan on arriving anytime after 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The camping excursion should be wrapping up around 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.
We will provide snacks around the campfire Friday night, a big breakfast Saturday morning, lunch around the campfire on Saturday, a super-good meal Saturday night plus s’mores later on, and cereal/fruit on Sunday morning.
Scouts are required to bring an adult with them for the weekend.
Complete the form below by Thurs., May 23 if you’re interested in attending. The cost per camper is $20. If you’d like to drop by for one day/night only, it’s $10.
